English: Map of Kurdistan Autonomous Region (Kurdish Autonomous Region) in Iraq in 1975. Although Arbil and Makhmur areas were not part of it until 1992 and 2003, respectively. The rest were secretly controlled by Peshmerga from 1975 to present.
