梅莉莎·切辛頓·李歐（Melissa Chessington Leo，1960年9月14日—），或稱小瑪格麗特·梅（Margaret May II）、瑪格麗特·梅（Margaret May），美國女演員。
李歐以1993至1997年間演出電視劇《情理法的春天》前五季中Det. Sgt. Kay Howard一角聞名。2011年，她參與了《絕處逢生》演出，並曾經演出《我的孩子們》與《原野飆龍》。
