角蟬總科（學名：Membracoidea），舊作 葉蟬總科（學名：Cicadelloidea， 是半翅目頸喙亞目蟬下目（Cicadomorpha）之下三個總科之一，包括葉蟬科和角蝉科這兩個物種數量龐大的科。同一總科之內，其餘各科的物種數量相當少，有些還是单系群，儘管部分文獻或會將這些“小科”合併為一個科。被視為孑遗科的Myerslopiidae科物種只見於紐西蘭及南美洲；而Melizoderidae科也只有兩個屬，均棲息於南美洲[1][2]。由於本總科物種在新热带界的高度多樣性，表明該地區是本總科物種的起源所在地。
