三猿游戏工作室（英語：Sanzaru Games, Inc.），是一家美国的电子游戏开发公司。2006年由一些前动视的开发者在美国加州福斯特城成立。 公司名称来自于“三猿”的日语发音sanzaru。公司在加州的都柏林也设立有办公室；此外公司在加拿大的渥太华有一家子公司Kitazaru。

2020年2月，三猿工作室被Facebook（现Meta）收购，它被归于现实实验室的“Oculus工作室”部门之下。2026年1月13日，Meta宣布对现实实验室进行千人大裁员，并同时关闭三猿工作室在内的三家第一方游戏工作室。[4]
