小戴维·卢瑟·博利克（英語：David Luther Boliek Jr.[1]，1967/1968年—[2]）为美国北卡罗来纳州共和党籍政治人物，目前担任该州第21任审计官。
个人生活与早年职业生涯
[编辑]博利克在北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校获得文学学士学位，并在坎贝尔大学获得工商管理硕士和法学博士学位。[2]他于2019年获任北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校董事会成员，并于2022年起担任主席。[3]博利克曾担任坎伯兰县的助理地区检察官。[4]他与妻子黑登共育有子女四人。[5]
政治生涯
[编辑]博利克最初登记为民主党人。2009年，州参议员托尼·兰德宣布辞职，博利克自荐接任其职，但州长贝弗利·珀杜改任玛格丽特·H·迪克森填补其空缺，博利克还曾为她的竞选基金捐款。2014年，她的共和党继任者韦斯利·梅雷迪思竞选连任时，博利克予以支持。2019年后，他对共和党竞选的资金捐助大幅增加，并于2023年登记为共和党人。[6]
在2024年度的选举中，博利克竞逐审计官一职。[7]他后来宣称，他从政的原因是为了唐纳德·特朗普。[6]博利克致力于审计北卡罗来纳州机动车管理局。[2][8]在共和党初选中，博利克和会计师杰克·克拉克晋级第二轮投票[9]，最终博利克击败了克拉克。[10]他在11月的决选中击败了现任者杰茜卡·霍姆斯。[11]
在北卡罗来纳州议会将州选举委员会的管辖权由州长移交给审计官后[12]，博利克任命了州选举委员会的新成员。[13]
州立法机构和州长批准了《问责、价值和效率司》法案，该法案在州审计官办公室下设立了一个新部门（DAVE部门，以戴夫·博利克的名字命名），负责建议裁员。该部门常与DOGE部门相提并论，但本身并无解雇员工或解散州机构的权力。该部门将于博利克任期的最后一天解散。[14]
