血红素加氧酶1（英語：heme oxygenase 1，缩写HMOX1或HO-1）是一种血红素加氧酶（EC 1.14.99.3），化学式为：C₁₄₇₅H₂₃₂₃O₄₂₇N₄₀₅S₈是血红素代谢过程中的重要酶，它将血红素转化为胆绿素。
