Steak 'n Shake
Steak 'n Shake是美國的一家快餐連鎖店，主要在美國中西部地區開店，並在美國其他地區及西歐設有分店。公司總部位於印第安納州首府印第安納波利斯，是Biglari控股的全資子公司[1]。Steak 'n Shake主要提供漢堡和手工奶昔，最知名的菜色是牛排漢堡。
2018年，Steak 'n Shake共有628間餐廳。其中414家是直營店，214家是加盟店[2]。2021年，Steak 'n Shake有536家門店。2023年3月31日，門店數已降至493家[3]。該公司已從全方位服務的餐廳模式轉向得來速和自助點餐服務[4][5]。
