AtHeart（韓語：앳하트，羅馬化：Aet ha teu；風格化：@Heart）是韓國TITAN CONTENT於2025年推出的七人女子團體，由成員Michi、Arin、Katelyn、Bome、Seohyeon、Aurora、Nahyun所組成。2025年3月14日發布先行曲《Good Girl (AtHeart)》，於2025年8月13日以迷你專輯《Plot Twist》正式出道[1][2]。

團名「AtHeart」由「@（At）」和「心（Heart）」組成，意為「與世界各地粉絲的心相連、成長和溝通，進入嶄新的世界」[3]。

Katie Kang在接受《The Hollywood Reporter》採訪時，解釋了她最初組建AtHeart的想法，她們從小就熱愛K-pop音樂，唱歌跳舞樣樣精通，我們找到她們的時候，她們就已經擁有了這些條件。我們努力確保她們接受必要的教育，不僅是唱歌跳舞的訓練，也包括心理素質的培養，最近湧現了許多優秀的組合，我覺得現在正是推出這個女子組合的最佳時機[4]。

2023年

11月28日，曾任SM娛樂和AStory社長兼CEO的Nikki Se-min與前SM娛樂和IST娛樂選角導演Kang Jung-ah、1MILLION舞蹈工作室CEO Lia Kim Lee共同創立了總部位於首爾和洛杉磯的娛樂公司Titan Content。該公司表示，將把其傳統的K-pop培訓發展與metaverse創新相結合[5]，Titan Content 計劃推出兩支韓國女子組合，並於明年進行全球試鏡[6][7]。

2024年

7月16日，TITAN CONTENT宣布正在打造以美國為市場的女團「AtHeart」，同時也是該公司旗下第一組女團。同日，公開成員Michi和Sorin並開通個人Instagram[8][9]。

11月12日，官方公開成員Seohyeon、Katelyn、Aurora，皆開通個人Instagram[10]，儘管該組合最終由五人組成，但該公司在明年年初AtHeart出道前仍需要招募更多新成員[11]。

2025年

2月19日，Sorin的個人帳號和預告照皆被刪除，推測已離開出道組。同日，官方公開成員Nahyun、Arin、Bome，皆開通個人Instagram[12][13]，Titan Content隨後與Republic Records旗下的Imperial Music合作[14]。

2月21日，官方發布出道預告片（出道陣容僅有七人），確定Sorin已退出。

3月4日，透過日本明治產品「SAVAS Shape & Beauty」的代言廣告公開了先行曲《Good Girl (AtHeart)》的片段[15][16]。

3月14日，發布先行曲《Good Girl (AtHeart)》MV[17][18][19]。

5月29日，歌曲hyperpop在全球以數位形式預發行，可供music download下載，並在串流媒體上發佈[20]。

7月2日，官方宣佈Aurora因健康原因將有限參與出道專輯的製作，且無法參與後續宣傳活動，出道活動將由剩餘六名成員共同完成[21]。

7月10日，組合將在下個月發行首張迷你專輯 extended play[22][23]。

8月13日，發行首張迷你專輯《Plot Twist》正式出道[24][25]。14日，於《M Countdown》進行首次打歌舞台[26]。

2026年

1月29日，組合在其社群媒體上發布了一段影片預告，宣布將帶著第二張迷你專輯《The New Black》回歸[27][28]，先行曲將於同年2月發行，正式專輯將於同年3月發行，同日他們公佈了組合的粉絲名是heartbeat[29][30]。

2月23日，組合宣佈單曲《Shut Up》定於2月26日發行[31]，而Butterfly Doors會在3月11日發行[32][33]。
