ACY1（氨基酰化酶1，英語：Aminoacylase 1，縮寫ACY-1，也稱為附睾管腔蛋白-S-5，英語：Epididymis Luminal Protein-S-5，縮寫HEL-S-5），化學式為：C₂₀₆₅H₃₁₅₁O₅₉₈N₅₆₃S₁₄Zn₂^[5]，是一個人類基因 ACY1 編碼的蛋白質，是一種位於胞質溶膠的二聚體鋅結合水解酶，EC編號3.5.1.14，位於人類第3號染色體上3p21.1區域。^[6]^[7]^[8]
