Chemspider（直譯：化學蜘蛛）是一個可線上免費訪問的化學資料庫，該資料庫歸英國皇家化學學會所有。^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]它試執行於2007年3月，並於一年後的2008年3月正式發布。 ChemSpider資料庫記錄了超過兩千萬的分子，與其他傳統化學資料庫不同的地方在於，它通過WiChempedia（維基化學百科）收錄維基百科中的化合物記錄。ChemSpider於2009年5月被英國皇家化學會收購。^[8]它包含來自270多個數據源的超過1億個分子的資訊，每個分子都有一個名為ChemSpider Identifier的唯一識別碼。
