Microsoft Office 2021是Microsoft Office的一個版本，為Microsoft Office 2019的下一版，於2021年10月5日跟着Windows 11由微軟正式發布。^[1]Office 2021相容Windows 10 v1809和Windows Server 2019，以及Windows 11 v24H2和Windows Server 2025。它還相容 macOS Catalina至macOS Sequoia。其後續版本 Microsoft Office 2024於2024年10月1日發布。^[2]

微軟在Office 2021的Excel裏推出了新的函數「Xlookup」，並且引進了對所有office軟件的黑暗模式的支援。^[3]^[4]^[5]微軟計劃於2026年10月13日終止對零售版Office 2021的支援；^[6]與舊版本的Office不同，它沒有擴充支援期。^[7]

開發

Office套件更新包括更好地支援OASIS OpenDocument檔案格式。版本更新增加了LET函數的功能，對XMATCH函數、動態陣列和XLOOKUP的搜尋更好。^[8]它增強了Microsoft Outlook和PowerPoint中的Ink for Translate功能。

預設字型更改

在Office 2021生命周期的中期，經過兩年對五種新啟用字型的評估，7月份，^[12]所有Office應用程式的預設字型更改為Aptos。^[13]^[14]這是微軟16年來首次更改預設字型。

用戶介面

當Office主題設置為使用系統設置、深灰色、黑色或白色時，預設介面會在每個螢幕頂部顯示雲母背景（因此得名）；應用程式圖示位於左上角。如果選擇了彩色（必須手動選擇），則每個螢幕頂部都會顯示一條應用程式顏色帶；這就是所謂的Metro背景。
