Amaya是一款已停止开发的自由及开放原始码所见即所得网页制作工具，并具备浏览功能[6][7]，由法国国家资讯与自动化研究所（INRIA）的结构化编辑器项目所建立，随后被万维网联盟（W3C）采纳为网页标准的测试平台[8]，接替了Arena浏览器原有的角色[9][10][11]。自2012年1月发布最后一个版本以来，INRIA与W3C已停止对该项目的支持，活跃开发工作也已终止[12][13]。
历史
[编辑]Amaya源自于1980年代初期开发的Grif WYSIWYG SGML编辑器[14][15]，以及同样基于Grif开发的HTML编辑器Symposia。这两款软件均由法国软件公司Grif SA开发与销售。它曾被用作主要浏览器尚不支持的新兴网页技术测试平台[16][17]。
命名与标志
[编辑]Amaya原名为Tamaya。Tamaya是其标志中所呈现的树木名称[18]，但后来发现Tamaya已被一家法国公司注册为商标，因此开发者决定去掉首字母，更名为“Amaya”[19]。
