MUMPS（Massachusetts General Hospital Utility Multi-Programming System，即「麻省總醫院多功能多重編程系統」），又稱M語言，是一種指令式的高級程式語言，內置事務處理與鍵值資料庫系統。它最初由麻省總醫院研發，用於管理病人的醫療記錄及醫院實驗室信息系統。
MUMPS技術逐漸發展成為美國醫療信息系統與電子健康紀錄的核心資料庫平台。基於MUMPS的信息系統（如Epic Systems等）目前已為全美超過78%的患者提供健康信息服務[1]。
MUMPS技術的一大特色在於其資料庫語言的高度整合，能夠直接以高速方式對永久磁碟存儲進行讀寫操作[2]。
