MYO1G (化學式為：C₅₁₇₂H₈₁₅₁O₁₄₇₈N₁₅₂₁S₃₆^[5])是一個位於人類17號染色體上的基因，編碼一種隸屬肌凝蛋白超家族的蛋白肌凝蛋白-Ig（Myosin-Ig）。MYO1G編碼的肌凝蛋白-Ig是一種非典型的肌凝蛋白，與編碼肌凝蛋白-1的MYH1是兩種不同的基因。^[6]^[7]

MYO1F基因在T細胞、B細胞，以及肥大細胞中基因表現表現水平較高^[8]。
