MYO3A是一個位於人類10號染色體上的基因，編碼一種隸屬肌凝蛋白超家族的非典型的肌凝蛋白肌凝蛋白-IIIa（Myosin-Ia），主要在視網膜與耳蝸表現。MYO3A基因的突變會導致非症候群性耳聾^[5]^[6]^[7]。
