YTHDF1是一個位於人類第20號染色體上的基因，編碼蛋白YTHDF1蛋白（YTHDF意為「YTH結構域家族」（英語：YTH domain family））。YTHDF1基因編碼的YTHDF1蛋白能夠識別並結合N6-甲基腺苷（m6A）修飾的mRNA，並增加與之結合的mRNA易位效率[5][6]。
