2026年3月23日，一架哥倫比亞空軍的C-130運輸機在哥倫比亞普圖馬約省雷吉薩莫港起飛後不久墜毀於一處沼澤地，造成至少66人死亡、58人受傷、4人失蹤。[2][3]該墜毀事故是哥倫比亞歷史上傷亡第二高，也是2026年死亡人數最高的空難。[4]

[编辑]涉事飛機註冊編號為FAC1016,是一架C-130運輸機，由哥倫比亞軍方運營。涉事飛機於1984年製造，機齡至少41年。[5]該飛機原先於美國空軍服役，於2020年9月在美國對外防禦援助計劃中被轉讓給哥倫比亞空軍。設hi上飛機在2021年與2023年曾進行了包括對於機身結構的全面改造與更換引擎在內的大修。[6]事發當時事故發生時，飛機與機組人員的資質皆屬於適航狀態。[7]

[编辑]涉事飛機上搭載128人，其中115人為哥倫比亞的士兵，2人為警察，11人為機組人員。[8]
事發過程
[编辑]涉事飛機於事發時正在執行哥倫比亞國民軍的部隊運輸航班，計劃從從普圖馬約省的萊吉薩莫港的考卡亞機場飛往位於普圖馬約省阿西斯港的特雷斯德馬約機場。在起飛爬升過程中，飛機突然失去高度，墜入距離機場數公里遠的的雨林；飛機墜毀後爆炸起火，最後被嚴重燒毀。[9]
傷亡
[编辑]哥倫比亞軍方確認至少66人於此空難中遇難，並另有數十人受傷，其中14人傷勢嚴重，而4人失蹤。[10][1][11]至少有6名機組人員與作為乘客的警察遇難。[12][13] 遇難者的遺體被轉移至當地的太平間；一些傷者被送往首都波哥大進行治療，而有些則在當地的醫院進行處理。
