Farmitalia是一家意大利生物技術製藥公司[1]，1935年成立，1978年與同在意大利的製藥公司Carlo Erba SpA合併，新公司命名為Farmitalia Carlo Erba SpA[2]，1993年被瑞典Pharmacia公司收購[3]。
