Farmitalia是一家意大利生物技术制药公司[1]，1935年成立，1978年与同在意大利的制药公司Carlo Erba SpA合并，新公司命名为Farmitalia Carlo Erba SpA[2]，1993年被瑞典Pharmacia公司收购[3]。
