α-SMA（alpha smooth muscle actin，α平滑肌肌動蛋白，也稱為「主動脈平滑肌肌動蛋白」，aortic smooth muscle actin，「α肌動蛋白2」，alpha-actin-2，縮寫ACTA2）是一種細胞骨架蛋白，由人類基因 ACTA2 編碼，組成微絲，與平滑肌的肌肉收縮相關，在所有哺乳動物中高度保守^[5]。化學式為：C₁₈₅₅H₂₉₀₃O₅₆₆N₄₉₃S₂₁^[6]
