SIRT1（英語：Sirtuin 1），也被稱為 NAD-依賴性去乙醯化酶Sirtuin-1（英語：NAD-dependent deacetylase sirtuin-1），是人類基因組中由SIRT1基因編碼的蛋白。人的SIRT1基因位於10號染色體上。SIRT1的功能是去除蛋白質上的乙醯基團（去乙醯化）。SIRT1的去乙醯化功能在一些生物學過程中有發揮一定的作用。
