Kruppel樣因子4（英語：Kruppel-like factor 4，縮寫KLF4）或腸富集Krüppel樣因子（英語：gut-enriched Krüppel-like factor，縮寫GKLF）化學式為：C₂₃₉₉H₃₇₀₇O₇₁₉N₇₀₃S₂₄是鋅指轉錄因子KLF家族的一個成員，後者屬於一個較大的SP1樣轉錄因子家族。KLF4參與細胞增殖、細胞分化、細胞凋亡和體細胞重編程的調節。有證據表明KLF4在包括大腸癌在內的一些癌症中是腫瘤抑制基因。與KLF2類似，它在C端有三個C2H2型鋅指。它有兩個核定位序列指引它定位於細胞核內。在胚胎幹細胞(ESCs)和間充質幹細胞(MSCs)中KLF4是顯示多能化的很好標記。
