白介素-4受體α亞基（Interleukin-4 receptor subunit alpha，縮寫IL4R-α或IL4R）也稱為分化簇124（CD124，cluster of differentiation 124）是一種細胞表面蛋白質，由人類基因 IL4R 編碼^[5]，與γ鏈（CD132）共同組成I型白介素-4受體（IL4R type I），或與白介素-13受體α1（CD213a1）組成II型白介素-4受體（IL4R type II），除了結合能白介素-4還能結合白介素-13（IL13）^[6]。
