Cyp11b3是大鼠的一個編碼CYP450酶的基因，化學式為：C2486H3923O672N692S18Fe[1]，主要在大鼠新生兒的腎上腺表達，在成年大鼠的其它器官也有少量表達，主要作用是催化11-去氧皮質酮（DOC）生成18-羥基-11-去氧皮質酮（18-OH-DOC）[2] CYP11B3和CYP11B1、CYP11B2基因都位於大鼠染色體7q34上。
