白介素-7受體α亞基（Interleukin-7 receptor subunit alpha，縮寫IL7R-α或IL7RA）也稱為分化簇127（CD127，cluster of differentiation 127）是一種細胞表面蛋白質，由人類基因 IL7R 編碼^[5]，與γ鏈（CD132）共同組成白介素-7受體（IL7R，一種I型細胞因子受體），能結合白血球介素-7（IL7）與胸腺基質淋巴細胞生成素（TSLP）^[6]。
