VCAM-1
VCAM-1（Vascular cell adhesion protein 1（I型血管细胞黏附蛋白）），又称CD106，是一种细胞黏附蛋白，在人体内由VCAM-1基因编码，属于一种唾液酸糖蛋白[5]。
结构
[编辑]VCAM-1含有6个或7个免疫球蛋白结构域，属于免疫球蛋白超家族（immunoglobulin superfamily, IgSF）。于人体内存在两个由可变剪接产生的转录本[6]。
功能与分布
[编辑]VCAM-1参与淋巴细胞—内皮细胞间黏附过程和细胞间信号识别过程，能在免疫应答中促进淋巴细胞向炎症区迁移[7]。淋巴细胞、软骨细胞等细胞中都含有VCAM-1，血管内皮细胞在受到细胞因子刺激后也会表达VCAM-1蛋白[6][8]。一些间充质干细胞亚群细胞表面表达CD106（VCAM-1）[9]。
