白介素-15受體α亞基（Interleukin-15 receptor subunit alpha，縮寫IL15RA）也稱為分化簇215（CD215，cluster of differentiation 215）是一種細胞表面蛋白質，由人類基因 IL15RA 編碼^[5]，與β亞基（CD122）、γ亞基（CD132）共同組成白介素-15受體^[6]。
