細胞色素 P450 24A1（英語：Cytochrome P450 24A1，縮寫CYP24A1）也被稱為維他命D3 24-羥化酶（Vitamin D3 24-hydroxylase，EC 1.14.15.16），化學式為：C2504H3942O708N672S25Fe[5]，是細胞色素P450超家族的一員，由CYP24A1基因編碼，是定位於線粒體內膜的單加氧酶，能催化骨化三醇（1,25-二羥維他命D3）的24號位的羥基化[6]。
